How It Works

Step 2: Confirm the appointment date and time.

Step 3: Make the initial online payment.

Step 4: Our Medical Administration Team will register your personal information in our system, ensuring confidentiality under the Patient’s Rights Policy.

Step 5: Receive an appointment link via email or Telegram.

Step 6: Our Medical Administration Team will call to remind you of your appointment.

Step 7: Click on the appointment link 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Step 8: The doctor will provide guidance on the next steps at the end of the consultation. Our Medical Record team will follow up and prepare for any subsequent actions based on your doctor’s prescription notes.
